Fiona Pearse
Fiona Pearse has been a Board Member of several iconic Australian organisations and has extensive commercial, finance, audit and risk experience.
She is currently a Board Member of UCA Funds Management, one of Australia’s largest ethical fund managers, managing funds in excess of $1 billion; World Vision Australia, the largest charity in Australia; Scotch College, one of Australia’s leading independent schools; and is an Advisory Board member of a state-of-the-art Governance, Risk and Compliance software company. Fiona has previously been a Board Member of organisations including City West Water, a $2 billion water utility.
Her executive career included almost two decades at leading ASX-listed global companies, mainly in Finance and Tax at BHP Billiton, the world’s largest diversified resources company, and also at BlueScope Steel, a global steel manufacturer. Her experience spans diverse industries including petroleum, transport, utilities, investments, insurance, steel and software, both as an executive and, over the last decade, also as a Non-Executive Director and Advisory Board member.
She is honoured to be selected by the AICD in the Chair’s Mentoring Program ‘for highly experienced and qualified emerging female directors’, aiming to increase the representation of women on ASX200 boards. She has a Senior Executive global MBA; is a Fellow of CPA Australia and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
