We're really glad to have you join us again this year at Gathering Twenty 18! If you haven't received it already please see our Delegate FAQ document that will answer many of your questions regarding being a delegate at Gathering Twenty 18.

ROOM ALLOCATION
If you have already agreed to us organising accommodation for you for Gathering Twenty 18, the cost is $270 for a shared room. For shared rooms, delegates are allocated a roommate of the same gender (married couples who are both attending can nominate each other) and are able to nominate up to three delegates they would like to share with in a two bedroom apartment. However, if you would like your own room the total cost for accommodation is $350 instead of $270 (we will contact you regarding payment). If you are reserving your own room, you are welcome to share this with a spouse/family if they are joining you on the Gold Coast.

Delegates will be given the opportunity to participate in two different workshops during Gathering Twenty 18. Please select your prefered workshops in preference order (please select six preferences and select each workshop only once):

VIDEO & PHOTO RELEASE
Filming and photography will occur throughout Gathering Twenty 18. Footage and photos will be used to promote future Gathering events and to share our story with others. Footage may be used by our partner Australian Christian Channel for a Television program on Gathering. Please confirm you are happy for footage or photos with you in them to be used for these purposes (If you have concerns please feel free to discuss them with us).

CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand plans change and so if your plans change and you need to cancel attending Gathering Twenty 18, please do so by Friday 10th August 2018. After this date we have to pay the full amount for your attendance at Gathering Twenty 18 and so we cannot guarantee that we can provide a refund on conference and accommodation fees.
