Richenda believes that all big ideas first start as a problem. Hers was simple: every agency she worked with only looked after themselves, not their clients. They were too focused on the short-term and had no interest in increasing their client's in-house skills.
In June 2012, she resigned from a job she loved—leading a marketing team at World Vision—to pursue a challenge: create an agency with a difference.
She wanted to start an agency that truly listened and helped solve their client’s problems - whether that's reaching their target audience, measuring results or building a high performing in-house team.
So when it was time to pick a name, she picked a promise.
In the five years since, her team has become one of Australia’s most recognised and awarded digital agencies. They’ve built a reputation for being action-oriented, client-focused, and values-driven.
They’ve worked with 100+ companies and causes, helping them achieve results but more importantly, increase their digital capabilities and confidence.
In 2017 they were commissioned and published research on digital success, to help understand the challenges of Australian companies.
And true to their ethos, they launched ntegrity academy, a digital marketing school to help address the digital skills gap in Australia. Courses are delivered in-house with brands and for the general public through a 16-week course in their Melbourne office.
